SURROUNDED BY IDIOTS
The people you hang out with the most shape the habits you form, your beliefs and even what you think is possible. Dr Tara Swart says draw a tree with five branches and on each branch, write the name of one of the five people that influence you the most and then describe each of them with five words thus sit with those twenty five words because they are a reflection of you. Are these twenty five words aligned with who you want to become. If not, who you surround yourself with to people who retain the qualities you would like.
ASSETS
Appreciate assets which grow over time such as property investments, stocks, jewelry, art and gold resulting in building wealth, increases income and long term freedom. Secondly there are items that lose value over time for example a new car and the latest tech, this is called depreciating assets. Liabilities are what takes out of your income regularly e.g. card loans and credit card/s or debit, this drains your finance.

Those who have higher wealth are more likely to be open to opportunities. the language you use around money matters so much, it is better to think how can I afford this plus to shift from the scarcity mindset.
