Tip 1

= If you are deeply unhappy or dissatisfied or sense a misalignment, you going after a better pay will not fix that. You have to figure out what life you want to live then work towards structuring your finances around that. Understand your goal and use money to make that happen, understanding what you working towards and making intentional choices with your money.

Tip 2

= There are two types of decisions, the first one is consequential, irreversible and one way doors for examples having a baby, buying a house or a major health decision. The first type of decision need to be thought of carefully and slowly Then there is type two decisions which are reversible and changeable. Things like trying a new hobby, moving to a different city, changing your routine and even switching career. The type two decisions you have to decide quickly and take some risks.

Tip 3

= Protect your energy like your most valuable asset. Your energy is finite and not equally distributed throughout your day so start auditing to figure out what gives you energy and what drains your energy. In her case, acquiring new skills, having meaningful conversation and creating something new gives her a lot of energy. When you protect your energy, you make better decisions, have enhanced creativity, deeper presence and real joy.

= Slow down time by learning something new, talk to someone new, take a new route and read unfamiliar topics
